I was hesitant to book a hostel but the Exploits Inn blew me away. The facility was so clean and pristine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They took us up to our room, showed us around. There is a full kitchen with anything you would ever need. A welcoming living space and a huge dining area. You can even throw in a load of wash if you need to at extra cost of course. We were travelling with carry on luggage so having a laundry facility was a huge bonus and surprise. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. The value I feel we got for the cost was exceptional. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We were a little unsure while booking but went ahead anyway. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the unit. It was very deceiving from the outside looking in. We were surprised to see a large kitchen and common room and happy to see laundry facilities as were travelling on motorcycles. Staff were happy and very helpful. The food was great as well. They have great neighbours as the Foodland across the street allowed us to park our bikes in their camera secured lot! We really appreciated it! Botwood is a bit of a Heiden gem, we checked out the seaplane base and many murals. We also met a couple of local motorcycle enthusiasts, they were great! All in all it was terrific!

There was not a lot of choice in Botwood for but this place met our needs. It would describe it as similar to a rooming house. If you were so inclined, there was a large communal kitchen and lounge area available as well as a washer/dryer. Our room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs, groceries across the street.

This place is off the beaten path, but what a hidden gem! The whole town is so cute and friendly. Beautiful murals (18 of them), museums, trails and the restaurant below the hostel serves excellent food at very good prices. We wish we had more time to spend here.

The staff was very friendly, rooms comfortable. I appreciated the common rooms, as we were a group of 3 couples. This was our first experience in a "hostel" and wont be the last.

The shared kitchen space was well equipped and we were the only ones using it. The cleaning staff, Fern, was such a pleasant individual, very accommodating and we just loved her!

Good place, affordable and pleasant stay in the two junior suites. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining area were comfortable. Very well-maintained, great painting and wide hallways and excellent amenities and control of the temperature.

Great price. Very clean room. Equipped with washer and dryer, table and shared kitchen. Very friendly staff! I arrived at 2am, I called the after-hour check in number and woke the host up. She didnt complain, and was very friendly and helpful. The room is good, the bed is comfortable

Botwood is 100% the mural capital of Newfoundland & Labrador. Lovely place to walk around. Pendragon Trail an ecosystem like no other, an adventure to behold. Clean space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals.
